About the founder:
Early Days Biplanes founder Carson Hawkins is a Certified Flight Instructor and aviation historian. His over 1,000 hours of flying consists mainly of tailwheel, aerobatic, and upset recovery training. Outside of his work as an officer in the United States Navy, Carson spends his time researching and writing about vintage aircraft from the early 1900s to just before WWII. Vintage aviation is something he adores and has dedicated his life to, and this website is a way of sharing that passion.
